Pekka Rinne's first game of the season after missing the first half while recovering from shoulder surgery. He got no support in the worst first period of the season, as early defensive turnovers caused the Admirals to fall behind 4-0. Rinne would shut them out the rest of the game, but still lost 4-1.

This weekend, the team wore special Hawaiian print jerseys that were auctioned off for charity.
