Game Summaries Jan. 31, 2005 vs. St. John's Maple Leafs at the Mile One Stadium The team bussed from Grand Rapids to Toronto in order to fly to Newfoundland to face the Baby Leafs. They were stuck for a day in Toronto as all commericial flights to St. John's were cancelled due to an icy runway. The Leafs were also stuck in Toronto as they anxiously wanted to get back home after a 12 game road trip. The Admirals didn't arrive until about 5 hours before gametime. With the score tied after 2 periods, the Admirals broke open the game with a goal by Simon Gamache and two goals by Timofei Shishkanov.
